Prayer : A Holy Occupation

Do I know God well enough to know what He wants me to Pray?In what ways do I try to "outsmart" God by trying to determine a formula for getting Him to answer prayer?Am I depending on myself to do what only God can do? Am I depending on God to do what He expects me to do?Is my prayer life more like a playground or a battleground?When was the last time I thought about the price Christ paid for me to have access to God?
